Then, if the voltage of power source 8 is set higher than the voltage of power source 5 by a prescribed value, the residual voltage between the collector of Tr2 and the emitter of Tr1 can be reduced up to components of two original saturation voltages even in the totem pole type output circuit, and a power efficiency can be improved.
