CONSTITUTION:In respect to series-connected N-number amplifier elements, for example, two transistors Tr1 and 2, the emitter of Tr1 where input signals are inputted to the base is connected to load 4, and the collector of Tr1 is connected to the emitter of Tr2, and the collector of Tr2 is connected to output power source 5. Then, bias power source 8 having a higher voltage than power source 5 is connected to the emitter of Tr1 through voltage dividing resistances 6 and 7, and the connection point of resistances 6 and 7 is connected to the base. Then, if the voltage of power source 8 is set higher than the voltage of power source 5 by a prescribed value, the residual voltage between the collector of Tr2 and the emitter of Tr1 can be reduced up to components of two original saturation voltages even in the totem pole type output circuit, and a power efficiency can be improved.
