CONSTITUTION: A round parallel beam 1 is condensed by a lens 2 into a round light 5, which is projected by means of a glass fiber 3. The round light 5 is focused on the screen 7 of the receiving portion, and the flat plane 8 normal to the screen 7 is turned clockwise about a Y axis with respect to the flat plane 6 which is in parallel with the optical axis of the lens, in view of the inclination ϕ of the image. Since the longer axis of an oval 9 appears at the closer side to the Z axis, the plane 8 is turned about the Z axis.
