Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Light beam 3 from light source 1 strikes splitter 2 by way of an optical system; one beam led directly and the other having passed through mirror 12 are projected on body 4 overlapping. In accordance with the unevenness state of the surface of body 4 and incident angle θ of irradiation beam, interference stripes 5 are image-formed on surface 7 by image lens 6. On surface 7, grating 8 is arranged and through this, a body image formed on surface 7 is observed, so that moire contour stripes 16 corresponding to the nuevenness state of the body can be observed in image 15 of the body.
