Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the performance of partial load, by adjusting a turbine control valve so that exhaust pressure become constant by detecting the quantity of gas consumed as the change of exhaust pressure at the turbine outlet side and by feeding signals to the control valve from a turbine controller.
CONSTITUTION: Turbine exhaust pressure P3 is detected, exhaust pressure signals from a pressure signal transmitter 10 are sent to a turbine controller 11 and a turbine control valve 5 is controlled so that the turbine exhaust pressure P3 become constant. The quantity of gas consumed at places 9 where gas is demanded is surely shown as the change of the turbine exhaust pressure P3, the turbine exhaust pressure P3 begins to rise if the quantity of gas consumed reduces, and the turbine controller 11 closes the control valve 5 until the turbine exhaust pressure P3 reaches prescribed value in order to make the turbine exhaust pressure P3 constant. Thus, power generated from a turbine is also powerful when partial load, and this method contributes to energy conservation.
