Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain good copying functions with a simple constitution by changing the voltage being applied to a piezo element according to the presence or not and intensity of the light radiation to a photoconductor member thereby controlling the injection of ink particles. CONSTITUTION:A photoconductive plate 30 makes switching action of ON-OFF depending upon the presence or not of the received light of the light L through a transparent conductor plate 40 and therefore the switch which is closed by the received light of the light L of an electric circuit for recording head is series-connected to the piezo element 20. Since the element 20 applied with the voltage from a voltage source VS by the received light presses or deforms the wall face of a case 10, the ink J1 in the case is pressed and flies out by becoming ink particles J2 from the discharge port of the case. If at this time plain paper PP is disposed on the flying path of the ink particles J2 and is conveyed in the arrow A direction and when the ink J1 is subsequently flowed into the case 10 in the arrow B direction, then a series of recording images may be obtained on the paper PP.
