Abstract
PURPOSE:To transmit the same information simultaneously to plural places by providing a spot light source at the focus of a reflector of ellipitical gutter form in section and providing a connector consisting of a plurality of optical fibers near the second focus by the reflector thereby flickering the spot light source. CONSTITUTION:A spot light source LS such as light emitting diode, incandescent lamp or the like is disposed at the first focus F1 of a reflector 2 of elliptical gutter form in section and a fiber connector 1 consisting of a plurality of optical fibers is provided near the second focus F2 of the reflected light by the reflector 2. When there is a pulse input in a drive circuit, it is amplified by a transistor Tr and the light source LS emits light under the amplified voltage. The rays reflected by the reflector 2 are condensed at the second focus 2. In this way, the same information may be simultaneously transmitted to plural places with a plurality of optical fibers through the fiber connector.
