Abstract

CONSTITUTION: When operation in high output, output is gained from a fly-wheel generator 3 by making disconnecting switches 4, 8. When operation in low output, the disconnecting switches 4, 8 are broken, a disconnecting switch 9 is made, and output is directly sent to a thyristor rectifier 6 from a commercial power source 10, thus allowing the improvement of the efficiency of a power source device.
