Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a complete-gasifying burner by heating a large amount of air and steam sufficiently to reach a reaction pipe and thereby accelerating steam cracking so as to make a heater unnecessary.
CONSTITUTION: Reaction pipe 7 containing reaction element 15, which accelerates steam cracking, is placed in the center part of smoke passage 14, and the part of the burner unit which comes into direct contact with the combustion gas of combustion chamber 17 is made into water vaporing chamber 18. Next, water supply pipe 13, which supplies water from outside, is connected to vaporizing chamber 18. The air supplied from air supply pipe 11, which is also connected to vaporizing chamber 18, is heated here and enters steam heating chamber 19; and at the highest part, it is connected to reaction pipe 7 via air connection pipe 15. Kerosene oil is drawn into a mixture of the air which is heated to a high temperature by the heated exhaust of smoke passage 14, and steam; and it is gasified and sent to reaction pipe 16, where uts gasification is completed.
