CONSTITUTION:Wire cmposition is specified relating to Cr equivalent in wire; if it is less than 17.6, Ni equivalent >-0.8 X Cr equivalent + 25.3, and if it is more than 17.6 Ni equivalent >1.1 X Cr equivalent -0.8. The necessity contents C,Mn, Ni, and Si are specified to satisfy the formula I,II,III, and IV, wherein M is content in casing and f is content in flux. Flux is regulated below 0.5. This composite wire is used for welding nonmagnetic steel MIG welding, rendering welded metal nonmagnetic body of austenitic structure. The welding is smoothly conducted without causing welding fault, and providing excellent mechanical property.
