Abstract

PURPOSE: To always secure an accurate generation of the voltage featuring the equal positive and negative amplitude by keeping a constant current value at all times regardless of the direction of the current flowing to the clamping diode.
CONSTITUTION: Transistors Tr1, Tr2 and Tr3 form a constant current source, and each current i1, i2 and i3 are prescribed by reference voltage Vref1. At the same time, the emitter area is set properly to secure the constitution of i1 = i2 = ki3. Then the current mirror circuit is formed with Tr7 and Tr6 which are connected to the diodes, and the emitter area is set properly to secure the relation of i3 = i4 between current i3 of Tr7 and current i4 of Tr6.
