Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Transistor QA of a constant-current element having constant- current-type characteristic line A and transistor QB of a constant-current element having constant-voltage-type characteristic line B or TrQA and QB different in characteristic such as a Tr having linear characteristic line C are connected in series, and connection point VO of TrQA and QB is connected to the input terminal of the next stage the output stage. By this constitution, three-stage inverters InV1 to InV3 are constituted to constitute the integrated circuit which detects the potential of connection point V' in the output stage of the third-stage inverter InV3. Then, the potential of connection point V' after passing through three-stage inverters InV1 to InV3 is made of a rapidly lowered characteristic, and the voltage for power source voltage VcC over a given threshold value is detected accurately.
