Abstract

PURPOSE: One side galvanized steel plate refine-rolling utilizes a naphthenic rolling oil including rust preventive agent and having an adjusted acidic value, thereby improving plate property and providing the surfaces of iron and galvanization with excellent corrosion resistance.
CONSTITUTION: A rolling oil comprises naphthenic oil or paraffin oil as base oil, and including sulfonic acid salts, oxidized waxes as rust preventive agent, with its total acidic value adjusted to below 1.0mgKOH/gr. If the acid value excedds that value, the oil will corrode plated surface considerably. Such oil is used in refine- rolling of one side galvanized steel plate, thereby preventing conventional faults such as peeling off of plate from the base steel and improving the corrosion resistance of plate and steel surfaces. Preferably, the rolling oil friction coefficient μ= 0.05 to 0.15 Under 1 kg/cm2 in 4 ball friction tester.
