Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent injection failure and the decrease in injection performance by heating the air bubbles contained in ink with an air bubble remover and positively removing the air bubbles. CONSTITUTION:An air bubble remover 31 is connected between an ink tank 30 and a filter 32. When the ink containing air bubbles flows in through influent port 40, it is heated in a heating part 41 and therefore the air bubbles glow to raise an ink layer 49 and diffuse into air layer 47. The air bubbles being discharged are escaped through the air hole 46 in the upper part of the air layer 47 connected to the outside. The deaerated ink passes through the ink layer 48 and is restored to ordinary temperature in a cooling part 50, from where it is flowed out through effluent path 53. The temperatures of the heating element 42, cooling element 51 are controlled by heat sensitive elements 42, 52 and the respective control parts. In this way, injection failure and the decrease in injection performance may be prevented.
