Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to filter raw liquid without using an upper cover, by dividing an inner ring of filter plate by means of a partitioning wall, by providing a passage-hole -which is connected to the inside of the filter plate- on the ring on one side, and by piling up such filter plates in such a way that the sides on which a passage hole is provided are placed alternately.
CONSTITUTION: Inner ring 6 of filter plate A is divided into two parts by means of partitioning wall 9 on the center of which a hole for bolt insertion is provided. Passage hole 11, which is connected to the inside of filter plate A, is provided on the outer side of the ring on one side. A plurality of filter plates A, which integrate outer ring 5, inner ring 6 and a punching metal are fixed on base 1 via filtering material. At this time, filter plates A are arranged so that the sides on which the above-described passage hole 11 is provided are placed alternately. Raw liquid is supplied to filter plates A from raw liquid supply pipe 17 via raw liquid passage 18, and passage hole 11. It is passed through the filtering material and then is drawn to filter plates A of the upper and lower stages. On the other hand, the filtered liquid is discharged outside from filtered liquid outlet 18 via passage hole 11 and filtered liquid passage 20 on the other side.
