Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the minimum power generation amount and allow low loading operation by arranging a system introducing low temperature steam to the low pressure step after bleeding onto a water condensation type turbine having pressure adjusting bleeding for a thermoelectric power plant.
CONSTITUTION: A bleeding water condensation turbine 1 has a system 10 equipped in which the pressure and temperature of the steam at a pressure adjusting bleeding stage 7 are reduced through a pressure reducing valve 12 and a temperature reducer 15, and the steam at low temperature is introduced into a bleeding stage low pressure stop part 9 through the system 10. When the necessary power generation amount is reduced, and the steam amount at the low step part 9 is reduced to the minimum limit amount of a conventional trubine, a low pressure regulating valve 8 is perfectly closed, and a low temperature steam reducing valve 12 is opened, and the steam at a bleeding stage 7 flows into a low stage. The steam is temperature-reduced in a temperature reducer 15 by the exit water of a water condensing pump 4 so as to flow into as low temperature steam, and the temperature is automatically controlled by a regulating valve 16 and a temperature controller 17 at the low pressure stage inlet. The minimum steam amount is controlled automatically by a temperature controller 13 and a flow rate adjusting and pressure reducing valve 12 arranged in a turbine exhaust chamber, and the minimum power generation amount can be reduced.
