Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate the adsorbent inactive part as usual method and to miniaturize the apparatus and also, to enable to reduce separating and refining cost, by flowing all sorts of fluid countercurrent in rotating direction of adsorption room member, at the rotary type mixed gas separating apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: The adsorption rooms 6aW6l packed the adsorbent selectively adsorbing at least one component in mixed gas containing more than two components, are provided with the rotating body 6 and the partition boards 18 are provided between each room and then, the body 6 is rotated in the arrow mark direction. The one side opened rooms 4aW4l selectively charging and discharging all sorts of fluid, are provided with the fixed body 4. The raw material gas A is supplied to the room 4l and easy adsorptive component is adsorbed on the adsorbent and also, difficult adsorptive component is taken out as the product B. Next, the fluid E for regeneration is supplied from the room 4e and the adsorbent is regenerated and then, the fluid E is discharged with desorbed component from F. Also, the gas C for exhaust is supplied from the room 4g and remaining fluid e is discharged from D and then, the above mentioned adsorption, regeneration and exhaust, are repeated. Thus, defect of usual method such as transferring the adsorption band for outlet side, is eliminated and the adsorbent is utilized effectively. Also, the apparatus is made compact and cost is reduced.
