Abstract

PURPOSE: To present a simple, effective cleaning device, by providing a flow divider between the pump and analyzer, installing automatic valves in specified piping and specified position, and disposing elastic body between the supply capturing vessels in the piping.
CONSTITUTION: Supply capturing vessels 10, 11 of pipings for sampling 4, 5, are connected to the upstream and downstream of a pump 3, respectively, through automatic valves 31, 33, and through automatic valve 32 and piping 19, automatic valve 43 and piping 15. And the pipes 4, 5 are connected to an analyzer 8 and others through a branching pipe 16 which prevents the pressure water urnning in the pipe 4 from flowing into the pipe 5. Therefore, when only the valve 31 is opened by a control device 14, the sample water is suplied into the analyzer 8. When valves 32, 33 only are opened, an elastic sponge ball 12 in the capturing vessel 11 moves into the capturing vessel 11, so that the pipes 4, 5 are cleaned by the ball, and the cleaning water is circulated through the piping 15 to be used again. Only when the valve 33 is poened, cleaning by passing water is performed, so that the few automatic valves are not controlled independently. Also the drain is discharged only from one positon. Thus, a simple, effective cleaning device may be presented.
