Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a thin-gage electronic apparatus which is suited for carrying by securing the change for the conducting region of the conducting anisotropic sheet in the direction of the thick film with selective push of the conducting material from the upper side via a finger and thus securing the conduction between electrodes to transmit the key signal.
CONSTITUTION: Electrode 1 and 2 are distributed on insulating substrate 3; conducting anisotropic sheet 6 is provided on electrode 1 and 2; and furthermore the conducting material 7 such as the conductive rubber or the like is put on sheet 6. Then the conductive material is pressed selectively with a finger from above, and thus the conducting region of sheet 6 varies in the thick film direction. And electrode 1 and 2 plus conductive material 7 conduct to transmit the key signal. As a result, the power switch is never turned on no matter how the keyboard may be bent, and can be turned on assuredly by the pressure of the thickness direction. Thus, a thin-gage electronic apparatus suited for carrying can be obtained.
