Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the promotion of economically operating the plant, by deciding a distribution quantity of gas and load to each unit immediately for a change of the gas or the load quantity and controlling each unit in the plant with said distribution quantity.
CONSTITUTION: The plant controller PCD, in case of a change caused either in the feed gas command quantity from a gas controller GC or in the required load command quantity from a power feed command device PC, decides a distribution quantity of gas and load to each generating unit so as to provide a minimum quantity of consumption of the heavy crude oil on the basis of predetermined evaluation function, being outputted to fuel gas regulators GA1 to GAn and load controllers PA1 to PAn in each of generating units PU1 to PUn. In such way, with an operation processed for the quantity of distribution between a low cost fuel and expensive fuel to control the quantity of optimum distribution and load distribution to each plant, an economical operation can be practiced.
