Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance time accuracy by providing a reference oscillator which oscillates at a fixed frequency and plural counter groups which frequency divide oscillator outputs.
CONSTITUTION: A vibrator 9 constitutes an oscillator together with a series connected inverter. Blocks 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 consist of counter circuits respectively and divide down input block signals at suitable frequency dividing ratios. Pre-frequency dividers 18, 19 convert the frequencies obtained in oscillation circuit outputs to the reference frequency to be used in the main frequency divider of the later stage. The output control circuit 25 of the counter circuits for frequency division controls the combination, constitution, etc. of the frequency dividing circuits when inputted with the preset program code signals in correspondence to the signals anticipated in program input terminals consisting of number terminals.
