CONSTITUTION:The output of the oscillator 11 is frequency-divided in order by means of a lot of 1/2-frequency dividers 12 and 1/2.5-frequency dividers 16, and the necessary frequency dividing output is selected suitably and is output, by the multiplexer 15. In this way, since the 1/2.5-frequency divider can be constituted of two FF's, the number of FF's can be decreased.
