CONSTITUTION: An industrial fungicidal, antiseptic, anti-termitic agent containing an iodopropargyl derivative of formula (R1 is alkanoyl, alkenoyl, halogenated alkanoyl, cyanoacetyl, (substituted)-α-phenoxyalkanoyl, phenylalkanoyl, (substituted)-cinnamoyl, alkoxycarbonyl, cycloalkanoyl, (substituted)-benzoyl, phenoxycarbonyl, benzyloxycarbonyl, heterocyclic carbonyl, alkylsulfoxy, benzenesulfonyl), e.g. 3-acetoxy-1-iodo-1-propyne.
