Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the constitution and then to realize the IC formation for the circuit which applies the signal featuring a phase difference to the synchronous signal to the multiplier to obtain the square function of the input signal and then delivers the synchronized signal to the output signal, by using the double balaned differential amplifier circuit to the multiplier.
CONSTITUTION: The filter limiter converts the synchronous signal which is used as the chroma signal for the color TV signal of the SECAM system into the signal which contains the double frequency of the picture signal containing the phase difference which features the relation of (2n+1)π to the synchronous signal. In addition to such filter limiter, multiplication circuit 2 is provided. The output of circuit 2 is applied to divider circuit 3 via video amplifier 4 to obtain the synchronized output signal at the output of circuit 3. Multiplier 2 consists of double balanced differential amplifier 24 which supplies the input signal which is set by variable resistor 21 of limiter 11, amplifier circuit 22 and balancer 23 to input terminal 5 and 11 in order to secure the constitution in which the general-purpose IC can be used, thus simplifying the circuit constitution.
