Abstract
PURPOSE:Hook-hanged wire coil is immersed into a treating liquid such as acid pickling solution, and vibrated while being rotated in the circumferential direction of the wire, thereby to accelerate the rate of pickling treatment. CONSTITUTION:Wire coil 8 is hanged by the hook 5, and the hook-supporting bracket 3 is mounted to the base plate 2', which supports the vibrator 1. The bracket 3 is supported by the base 6 through the spring 3. The gravity line 9 of the coil 8 is separated from the vibration acting line 10 of the vibrator 1 by a given distance. The wire coil 8 is immersed into pickling solution or like and the vibrator 1 is actuated, then the coil 8 rotates in the circumferential direction. In more detail, the vibrator 1 causes the hook 5 to abruptly rise, which lifts the coil 8 in B direction. The hook 5 immediately returns, which causes the coil 8 to virtically fall from the upperright position, whereby the coil 8 rotates in C direction, while receiving B directed vibration. Accordingly, the coil always makes new contact with pickling acid, thereby accelerating pickling speed.
