Abstract

PURPOSE: Buildings or constructions are coated with a high-viscosity paint to form roughened and thick layers and then further coated with a paint containing a specific amount of lubricants, whereby paper sticking to buildings and constructions are prevented and sticked-paper also is easily released.
CONSTITUTION: Buildings or constructions are at first pretreated by, e.g., surface conditioning, and coated with a primer, when necessary. Then a high-viscosity paint containing a polyurethane resin and others is coated thereon by roller or spray method to form roughened-surface coating films with a thickness of, preferably, 1W 10mm. Finally the resulting surface is coated with a paint containing 10W80 parts by wt, per 100 parts of the resin component, of a lubricant as paraffin using brushes.
EFFECT: The roughened surface formed by the high-viscosity paint has an effect to prevent visually paper sticking, leading to the protection of the beauties of streets.
