Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid reduction of the noise margin by adding the pulse featuring the opposite polarity to the signal pulse with an appropriate amplitude and width to the rear edge of each signal pulse. CONSTITUTION:When the RZ signal shown in A is given to the transmission line, the rear edge of the pulse does not return to low level L at the reception end as shown in B. Thus, the noise margin is reduced. In this connection, the opposite- polarity pulse featuring the amplitude and duration according to the frequency property and the length of the transmission line is added to the rear edge of each signal pulse Ps as shown in the oblique line part of C.
