Abstract

Two reception parts (5,6) working together as a pair, each handle its own radiation lobe or group of lobes. Photodetectors (5,6) within the two reception parts form part of an electrical signal initiation circuit (6,5,B). The circuit, dependent upon the reception by the receiving parts of radiation lobes, produces in time separately occurring electrical signals (P1,P2) corresp. to the different input directions, and which are representative for each reception part (5,6). In the initiation circuit, the two reception parts give rise to electrical signals with different characteristics, and the signals are amplified and compared using a positive and negative threshold component. The signal monitoring component (7,8) designates, when the threshold component is exceeded, the reception part which remains being activated by the corresp. radiation lobe.
