Abstract

PURPOSE:To absorb heat deformation and prevent permanent deformation and destruction by making a unit frame including four thin plates and four L-shaped section colligation members which are spliced by them and connected with the other pair of colligation members at the end of each longitudinal flange. CONSTITUTION:A colligation member 01 consists of a pair of L-shaped plates 1. Each end of the colligation members respectively reaches approximately at the center of the L-shaped plane flanges to make up a square frame. A pair of L-shaped plates 1 of the colligation member 01 is welded on each other at the end of each longitudinal flange. The ends of a thin plate 3 are welded with both ends of the flange. When the member 01 and the thin plate 3 are touched with stored liquid to contract due to low temperature, the colligation member 5 consisting of two flanges welded 4 opens like a pair of scissors so that the frame can be contracted without creating great heat stress on the thin plate 3.
