Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A switch 24 is closed by the working of a heater, a magnet valve 14 operates to downward displace a valve element 16, negative pressure is introduced to a conduit 13 to function a diaphragm device 12 and a link 10 turns in the counter-clockwise direction around a pin 9. An idle-up adjusting screw 7 is driven upward, a link 3 is rotated in the clockwise direction around an axis of a shaft 2, a primary throttle valve is slightly opened, the number of the idling revolution is increased, and idle-up is performed, thus preventing the lowering of the effectiveness of the heater during idling operation.
