Abstract
PURPOSE: To get a rotary compressor that is simple in structure, long in life expectancy, silent without vibration nor noise and easy to manufacture.
CONSTITUTION: When a disc rotor 14 is turned aroung a shaft 14a in the arrow direction, a gate 15 projected from the rotor 14 is moved in the same direction along an annular groove 16 of a lower casing 26 to compress the fluid enclosed by the rotor 14, lower casing 26, gate 15 and a partition valve 17. The compressed fluid opens a discharge valve 23 as the pressure reaches a preset level and is discharged from a discharge port 22, while the fluid, newly taken in the annular groove 16 through a suction valve 21, passes through the partition valve 17 resisting a compression spring 19 as the gate 15 above the partition valve 17. Thus the machine resumes its compression stroke to continuously discharge high pressure fluid through the discharge port 22.
