Abstract
PURPOSE:To ease heat displacement during machining by setting the temperature of a machine tool etc. at an atmosphere temperatur with deviation value given to the previous atmosphere temperature around machine tools etc. CONSTITUTION:The atomsphere temperature around a machine 7 is detected by a temperature detector 8, whose temperature signal is measured by a temperature measure device 9 to be input into an I/O interface 12 of a micro-computer through the line 11. This input signal is memorized at a memory 13 through a load program. On the other hand, the reading of temperature, adjusted at a fixed interval with a timer connected to the above computer, is input successively into the memory 13a. The computer takes out from the said memory 13a the temperature measure value within the specified time through a switch 14, totalizes, calculates an average value at an operation part 13b, and adds a temperature deviation value by a temperature deviation setting switch 15 at the operation part 13b, outputting a temperature control signal to a temperature control panel 1 through a line 16.
