Anhydrous n-hexanol extracts water from sol fission material to produce nuclear fission microball and accumulate in the bottom section 58 of container. The produced particle is delivered into pipe and conveyed to the revolving type heater 64 to dry, which is then recovered into a proper container 68 allowing then for coating of silicon carbide. EP gas produced by nuclear fission of particle where a part of fuel pellet is processed by granular sheath treatment is contained within the particle.
