Abstract
PURPOSE: To conduct simple and efficient removal of phosphate contained in a liquid and save initial and working costs by constructing two-stage packed column packed with phosphate ores containing Ca3(PO4)2, introducing a solution to be treated into a fluidized bed in the first column under the presence of Ca2+, and thereafter passing the solution through a fixed bed in the second column.
CONSTITUTION: A biologically secondarily treated water which has been removed of coarse solids is fed from a raw water inflow pipe 1, added with an acid (HCl, H2SO4, etc.) from an acid injector 6 for removing M-alkalinity components and adjusting the pH to 3-6, and fed to an acidic stripping device 9 for removal of M- alkalinity components by aeration. After pH adjusted to 6.0W11.0 and Ca agent added from after pH adjustment to 6.0W11.0 and Ca agent addition from a Ca agent adder 7, the liquid is fed to a fluidized bed 2 of phosphate ores while a portion is recirculated via a circulation pipe 5, then fed to a fixed bed 3 for dephosphorizing. Finally an innoxious liquid (treated water) is discharged from the system via a treated water outflow pipe 4.
