Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily inspect and replace a breaker in an enclosed switching facility by enabling evacuating arc extinction gas contained in a breaker or the like regardless of insulation gas contained in the breaker or the like. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a gas filling and recovering unit 23 for evacuating externally arc extinction gas within a breaker 3 regardless of insulation gas within a container 1 for containing the breakers, line interrupters, buses or the like, and an insulation chamber 8 having space capable of replacing the internal components within the breaker or inspecting the interior of the breaker after evacuating the arc extinction gas. Thus, it can shorten the disassembling and inspecting times and eliminate moisture within the case because gas 11 is not necessarily evacuated from the case 1.
