Abstract
PURPOSE: To maintain the catalyst activity and to prevent the discharge of waste water of the treatment, by desulfurizing and denitrating SOx and NOx in the flue gas with the specified absorbing liquid and herewith by drawing out the absorbing liquid in the process and returning to the absorbing liquid in the process after having regenerated by recovering byproducts.
