Abstract
PURPOSE:To scheme to obtain the uniformity of heat generation and to prevent the effect of obstruction of cold-heat for a construction by inserting a heating wire in a pipe laid in the ground between an underground low-temperature tank and a contiguous construction and holding said heating wire in conduction and by forming a convection preventing diaphragm in said pipe.
