Abstract
PURPOSE:Provision of an ultrallow-temperature vessel which is pivotally supported on vacuum heat insulting layer through rolling spherical elements so that these two layers are not restricted by various forces, no breakage due to restrictive forces being assured, the thermal resistance being increased, and ingress of heat into the low-temperature vessel can be restrained.
