Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.移動テレコミュニケーションシステムにおける高速データ送信方法であって 、データを移動ステーションとベースステーションとの間の無線経路を経て、移 動ステーションに割り当てられたタイムスロット内でバーストとして次々のフレ ームにより送信する方法において、 高速データ信号を、無線経路を経て送信する前に、低速度の2つ以上の信号 に分割し; 高速データ送信のために、上記低速度の信号の数に対応して各フレームから 少なくとも2つのタイムスロットを移動ステーションに割り当て;そして 低速度の各データ信号をタイムスロットの異なる1つにおいて送信すること を特徴とする方法。 2.フレームの隣接するタイムスロットを移動ステーションに割り当てる請求項 1に記載の方法。 3.送信されるべきデータ信号に対して、チャンネルコード化、インターリーブ 、バースト形成及び変調動作を実行し、 受信したデータ信号に対して、復調、インターリーブ解除及びチャンネルデ コード動作を実行し、そして 上記チャンネルコード化、インターリーブ、バースト形成及び変調動作を各 々の低速度信号に対して別々に実行する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4.移動ステーションへ送信されるべきデータ信号をベースステーションにおい て低速度の信号に分割する請求項1、2又は3に記載の方法。 5.移動ステーションへ送信されるべきデータ信号をベースステーション以外の どこかで低速度の信号に分割し、そして上記データ信号を低速度の信号としてベ ースステーションへ送信する請求項1、2又は3に記載の方法。 6.移動テレコミュニケーションシステムにおける高速データ送信の構成体であ って、データを移動ステーション(MS)とベースステーション(BTS)との間の無線 経路を経て、移動ステーションに割り当てられたタイムスロット内でバーストと して次々のフレームにより送信する構成体において、 上記構成体は、タイムスロットにおける最大データ転送レートよりも速度が 高いデータ信号(DATA IN)を、無線経路を経て送信する前に、低速度の2つ以上 の信号(DATA1,DATA2)に分割する手段(82)を備え、 移動ステーション(MS)には高速データ送信のために各次々のフレームの2つ 以上のタイムスロットが割り当てられて、上記低速度の信号(DATA1,DATA2)の各 々がその各タイムスロットにおいて無線経路を経て送信されるようにし、更に、 無線経路を経て受け取った低速度の信号(DATA1,DATA2)を合成する手段(85) を備えたことを特徴とする構成体。 7.フレームの隣接するタイムスロットが移動ステーションに割り当てられる請 求項6に記載の構成体。 8.移動ステーション及びベースステーションの両方は、送信されるべきデータ 信号に対して、チャンネルコード化、インターリーブ、バースト形成及び変調動 作を実行する手段と、受信した信号の復調、インターリーブ解除及びチャンネル デコード動作を実行する手段とを備え、そして更に上記チャンネルコード化、イ ンターリーブ、バースト形成及び変調動作を各々の低速度信号(DATA1,DATA2)に 対して別々に実行する手段(80,81,83,84)を備えた請求項6又は7に記載の構成 体。 9.合成及び分割手段(82,85)が、ベースステーション(BTS)及び移動ステーショ ン(MS)に配置される請求項6、7又は8に記載の構成体。 10.合成及び分割手段(82,85)が、中央(MSC)及び移動ステーション(MS)に配置さ れる請求項6、7又は8に記載の構成体。 11.移動テレコミュニケーションシステムはGSMシステムであり、そして上記 合成及び駆動手段は、トランスコーダ及び移動ステーションに配置される請求項 6、7又は8に記載の構成体。 12.ベースステーション(BTS)は、チャンネルコード化、インターリーブ、バー スト形成及び変調動作を各々の低速度信号に対して別々に実行する手段(80,81,8 3,84)を備えた請求項6ないし11のいずれかに記載の構成体。 13.移動ステーション(MS)は、チャンネルコード化、インターリーブ、バースト 形成及び変調動作のための全ての低速度信号に共通の手段(80,81,83,84)を備 えた請求項6ないし12のいずれかに記載の構成体。
