Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.地下に埋設されたケーブルを識別する方法であって、 ケーブルを電気的に分離するステップと、 ケーブルに電圧信号を印加するステップとを含み、電圧信号は非常に低い、ま たは0の、周波数を有し、さらに、 電界センサをケーブルの近くにもたらすステップと、 電圧信号による電界を前記センサを使用して検出するステップとを含む、方法 。 2.センサをケーブルの近くにもたらすステップが、地表面からケーブルへとボ アを形成し、かつ、そのボア内にセンサを挿入するステップを含む、請求項1に 記載の方法。 3.電圧信号の周波数が10ヘルツより低い、請求項1または請求項2に記載の 方法。 4.センサがケーブルに接触するようもたらされる、前掲の請求項のいずれかに 記載の方法。 5.前記電圧信号が変調を加えられる、前掲の請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.電流信号をケーブルに印加するステップをさらに含み、電流信号は非常に低 い、または0の、周波数を有し、さらに、 磁界センサをケーブルの近くにもたらすステップと、 電流信号による磁界をセンサを使用して検出するステップとをさらに含む、前 掲の請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。 7.地下に埋設されたケーブルを識別する方法であって、 電流信号をケーブルに印加するステップを含み、電流信号は非常に低い、また は0の、周波数を有し、さらに、 磁界センサをケーブルの近くにもたらすステップと、 電流信号による磁界をセンサを使用して検出するステップとを含む、方法。 8.センサをケーブルの近くにもたらすステップが、地表面からケーブルへとボ アを形成し、かつ、そのボア内にセンサを挿入するステップを含む、請求項7に 記載の方法。 9.電圧信号の周波数が10ヘルツよりも低い、請求項6から請求項8のいずれ かに記載の方法。 10.前記電流信号が変調を加えられる、請求項6から請求項8のいずれかに記 載の方法。
