Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ターボ形機械の静翼組立体であって、第1及び第2の端部を有するシュラウ ドが取り付けられた静翼幹部を有し、前記端部のうち一方は、前記端部の他方の 上流側に位置し、ターボ形機械の作動流体の流れを包囲するための手段を有する シリンダと、静翼とシリンダとの間の相対的な運動を防止するための第1の係止 手段を有し、第1の係止手段は、シリンダに係合する第1の手段及びシュラウド の第1の端部に係合する手段を有し、静翼とシリンダとの間の相対的運動を防止 する第2の係止手段を有し、第2の係止手段は、シリンダに係合する第2の手段 及びシュラウドの第2の端部に係合する手段を有し、シリンダに係合する第2の 手段は、第2の係止手段がシリンダに係合する円周方向位置を調節する手段を有 することを特徴とする静翼組立体。 2.第2の係止手段がシリンダに係合する円周方向位置を調節するための手段は 、第2の係止手段に形成されたスロットからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載 の静翼組立体。 3.第2の係止手段がシリンダに係合する円周方向位置を調節するための手段は さらに、スロットを通ってシリンダ内に延びるボルトをさらに有することを特徴 とする請求項2記載の静翼組立体。 4.シリンダには半径方向に延びるフランジが形成されており、第2の係止手段 はフランジに形成された切欠き内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2記 載の静翼組立体。 5.シュラウドの第1の端部は、ターボ形機械を通る作動流体の流れに対してシ ュラウドの第2の端部から見て下流側に位置していることを特徴とする請求項2 記載の静翼組立体。 6.第1の係止手段は、シリンダを半径方向に貫通したピンからなることを特徴 とする請求項2記載の静翼組立体。 7.シュラウドの第2の端部は、シュラウドをシリンダ上で摺動自在に支持する 手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の静翼組立体。 8.シュラウドを摺動自在に支持するための手段は、シュラウド上に形成された 円周方向に延びるレールからなることを特徴とする請求項2記載の静翼組立体。 9.レールには切欠きが形成されており、シュラウドの第2の端部に係合する手 段は、第2の係止手段に形成された突起からなり、突起は切欠きに入るための手 段を有することを特徴とする請求項8記載の静翼組立体。 10.作動流体が、これが力を及ぼす静翼組立体に流れるターボ形機械において、 基端部を有する翼幹部と、翼幹部を収納したシリンダと、静翼の基端部に形成さ れていて、上流側縁部及び下流側縁部を有するシュラウドと、作動流体によって 静翼に及ぼされた力に抵抗する手段とを有し、該力抵抗手段は、第1のピンを含 み、第1のピンは、シュラウドにその上流側縁部の近くで係合する手段及びシリ ンダに係合する手段を有し、シリンダに係合する手段は、第1のピンがシリンダ に係合する位置を調整するための手段を有することを特徴とする静翼組立体。 11.前記力に抵抗する手段は、第2のピンをさらに有し、第2のピンは、シュラ ウドにその下流側縁部の近くで係合する手段及びシリンダに係合する手段を有す ることを特徴とする請求項10記載の静翼組立体。 12.第1のピンがシリンダに係合する位置を調整するための手段は、第1のピン に形成されたスロットからなることを特徴とする請求項10記載の静翼組立体。 13.シリンダは、フランジをさらに有し、第1のピンがシリンダに係合する位置 を調節するための手段は、スロットを通ってフランジ内に延びるボルトをさらに 有することを特徴とする請求項12記載の静翼組立体。 14.シリンダに係合する第1のピン手段は、シリンダのフランジに形成された切 欠きを有し、第1のピンの少なくとも一部は、切欠き内に位置していることを特 徴とする切欠き内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項13記載の静翼組立 体。 15.シュラウドにその上流側縁部の近くで係合する第1のピン手段は、シュラウ ドに形成された切欠きを有し、第1のピンは切欠き内に配置された末端部を有す ることを特徴とする請求項10記載の静翼組立体。 16.第1のピンは、基端部を有し、シリンダに係合する手段は、基端部に形成さ れていることを特徴とする請求項15記載の静翼組立体。
