Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複合材料部品のための予備成形品を製造する方法であって: 複数の繊維シート層を準備する工程、 成形部品に含まれない領域内にある各シート層内の一つ又はそれ以上の合わせ 孔を切り取る工程であり、そして、これらの孔は、全てのシート層が垂直方向に 適切なアライメント状態にあるときの共通な配置に対応し、 成形品の形状に合う形を持つ成形を行う積層治具を準備する工程、 実質的に平坦な面をシミュレートするために、一つ又はそれ以上の二次合わせ 治具を準備して成形を行う積層治具の形状を変える工程であり、そして、当該二 次治具は、そこから延びる一つ又はそれ以上の合わせピンを有し、 平坦にシート層を積層するために、積層治具と二次治具の両方の上に順次に複 数のシート層を載置する工程であり、そして、シート層の孔は、シート層を貫通 して延びる合わせピンに適合し、 孔と合わせピンとに隣接する繊維シート層を裁断する工程、 二次治具、ピン及び裁断された繊維を除く工程、および 積層治具上のシート層を形取られた成形品に成形する工程から成ることを特徴 とする複合材料部品のための予備成形品を製造する方法。 2.裁断工程に先立ち、繊維シート層の一部分を加圧して、前記シート層をレ ジスタに保持する工程を更に有する請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記成形部品に含まれない領域がタブ形状である請求項1に記載の方法。 4.前記二次合わせ治具が、治具の低い領域を充填するブロックである請求項 1に記載の方法。 5.前記加圧される部分が、前記成形部品の高いポイントである請求項2に記 載の方法。 6.前記成形部品の形状をその3次元構成から分解し、適切な繊維配列状態を 確保するための合わせ孔を含む場所を選択することにより、平坦なシート層パタ ーンを作成する工程を更に有する請求項1に記載の方法。 7.繊維シート層の多重サブユニットが前記成形治具上に載置され、夫々の前 記サブユニットが対応する合わせピンに嵌合するための一つ又はそれ以上の合わ せ孔を有する請求項1に記載の方法。 8.複合材料成形部品用の予備成形品を製造するための治具であって: 前記成形部品の形状に合う形を有する成形を行う治具と、平坦なプレートにシミ ュレートするために前記アセンブリの形状を変える一つ又はそれ以上の二次合わ せ治具から成り、前記二次合わせ治具は、複数のシート層が前記積層治具と前記 二次治具の上へ順次平坦に積層されることができる様に前記2次治具から延びる 一つ又はそれ以上の合わせピンを有し、シート層が前記成形治具の輪郭に整合可 能であるため、前記二次治具は、可動治具として構成されることを特徴とする複 合材料成形部品用の予備成形品を製造するための治具。 9.前記二次治具は、前記成形を行う治具の低い領域を充填する形取られた形 状である請求項8に記載の治具。 10.前記成形を行う治具に複数の積層されたシート層の一部分が保持される ための手段を更に備える請求項8に記載の治具。 11.前記成形を行う治具の表面のピークに二次治具の少なくとも一つが隣接 して配置される請求項8に記載の治具。
