Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.信号源に対して直列に接続された電源を備え、この電源が評価すべき信号の 下側の閾値と上側の閾値の間にある定格電流に設計され、電圧が2進信号の信号 状態を認識するために電源を介して評価可能である、2つの電流閾値によって定 められた2進信号、特にアクティブセンサの出力信号を評価するための回路装置 において、アース端子とバッテリ端子または個別端子(IGN)を備えた回路系 の場合に、電源(IQ′;IQ11,IQ12,IQ13)がバッテリ端子(IGN) とセンサ端子(A1)の間に挿入され、アース(GND)に対する短絡または分 路の際の電流制限部材および過負荷防止部材としての働きをすることを特徴とす る回路装置。 2.信号源(1′)のエラー認識および監視のために、電源(IQ′)が複数の 単一電源(IQ11,IQ12,IQ13)からなり、この単一電源にそれぞれ1つの 増幅回路(T11,T12,T13)が付設され、信号源またはセンサ(1′)の信号 電流の予め定めた最小値を下回ることと、信号電流の予め定めた最大値を上回る ことと、電流閾値の間にある予め定めた信号電流中間値が発生することを、増幅 段(T11,T12,T13)の出力信号(X11,X12,X13)から認識できるように 、単一電源が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路装置。 3.電源(IQ′)が3個の単一電源(IQ11,IQ12,IQ13)からなり、こ の単一電源が滅結合ダイオード(D11,D12)を挿入して並列に接続され、第1 の単一電源(IQ11)が信号電流の最小値に設計され、第2の単一電源(IQ12 )が信号電流の中間値と最小値との差に設計され、第3の単一電源(IQ13)が 信号電流の最高値と中間値との差に設計されていることを特徴とする請求項2記 載の回路装置。 4.信号源またはセンサ(1′)の下側の電流閾値(IL)が5〜8mAに設定 され、上側の電流閾値(IH)が11〜18mAに設定され、信号電流の最小値 として3mAの電流が設定され、中間値として約10mAの電流が設定され、そ して最高値として約17mAの電流が設定されていることを特徴とする請 求項3記載の回路装置。 5.回路装置が集積回路の一部であり、単一電源(IQ11,IQ12,IQ13)が 電流ミラー回路を基礎として形成され、個々の電源(IQ11,IQ12,IQ13) の定格電流が共通の基準電圧源(UREF)からオーム抵抗と他の電流ミラー回路 を経て導き出されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つまたは複数に 記載の回路装置。
