Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.排気ガス(a)並びにその中に圧縮空気(d)によって噴射される反応剤( r)が触媒(21)に導かれるような内燃機関(2)の排気ガス(a)内の窒素 酸化物の削減方法において、内燃機関(2)が圧縮機(8)で圧縮された空気( l′)を供給され、圧縮済み空気(l′)の一部が分岐されて反応剤(r)を噴 射するための圧縮空気(d)として利用されることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気 ガス内の窒素酸化物の削減方法。 2.圧縮機(8)が排気ガス(a)を供給されるタービン(10)で駆動される 請求項1記載の方法。 3.圧縮機(8)が内燃機関(2)によって直接駆動される請求項1記載の方法 。 4.排気ガス(a)が触媒(21)に到達する前に、反応剤(r)が排気ガス( a)内に均一に分配される請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 5.反応剤(r)が排気ガス(a)に混合された後でアンモニアを形成しながら 分解する物質を含み、そのアンモニアが触媒(21)において窒素酸化物と反応 することを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。 6.排気ガス(a)並びに圧縮空気(d)によって排気ガス(a)内に噴射すべ き反応剤(r)が導入される触媒(21)および反応剤(r)を噴射するための スプレイ装置(22)を備えた内燃機関(2)の排気ガス(a)内の窒素酸化物 の削減装置において、 a)内燃機関(2)に圧縮済み空気(l′)を発生し案内するための圧縮機(8 )が付設され、その際圧縮機(8)と内燃機関(2)との間に圧縮済み空気(l ′)の一部を分岐する分岐個所(26)が設けられ、 b)圧縮済み空気(l′)の一部が反応剤(r)を噴射するための圧縮空気(d ) として使用されるように、分岐個所(26)がスプレイ装置(22)に接続され ている、 ことを特徴とする内燃機関の排気ガス内の窒素酸化物の削減装置。 7.分岐個所(26)が圧縮機(8)から内燃機関(2)に通じる圧縮機配管( 24)において内燃機関(2)の直ぐそばに置かれていることを特徴とする請求 項6記載の装置。 8.圧縮機(8)が排気駆動過給機(4)に属していることを特徴とする請求項 6又は7記載の装置。 9.圧縮機(8)が機械式駆動装置(30)を介して内燃機関(2)に接続され ていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の装置。 10.圧縮機(8)と内燃機関(2)との間に圧縮済み空気(l′)を冷却する ための過給空気冷却器(14)が設けられ、この過給空気冷却器(14)と内燃 機関(2)との間に分岐個所(26)が配置さていることを特徴とする請求項6 ないし9のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 11.触媒(21)が窒素酸化物と還元剤特にアンモニアとの選択触媒反応を生 ずるために形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6ないし10のいずれか1つ に記載の装置。
