Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)振動磁界を与えるステップと、 (b)コーティング材料と、基材と、少なくともコーティング材料の流動化床 を形成することによってコーティング材料を前記基材に付着させ、被覆された基 材が形成されるように、コーティング材料を基材の表面に接着させるのに十分な 力を与える手段とを連続的に磁界内に導入するステップと、 (c)前記被覆基材を連続的に収集するステップとを備えるコーティング材料 を基材に接着させる方法。 2.付着手段が、磁気コーティング材料である請求項1記載の方法。 3.付着手段が、磁気要素である請求項1記載の方法。 4.磁気要素は、付着手段として使用する前に被覆される請求項3記載の方法。 5.磁界が、発振器、発振器/増幅器の組み合わせ、ソリッドステートパルス装 置、およびモータジェネレータによって発生される請求項1記載の方法。 6.磁界が、変圧器を介して交流電源によって給電される少なくとも1つの固定 子によって発生される請求項1記載の方法。 7.磁界が、約100エルステッドと3,000エルステッドとの間の強度を有 する請求項1記載の方法。 8.振動磁界が、約5ヘルツから1,000,000ヘルツまでの間の周波数を 有する請求項1記載の方法。 9.基材が、連続線状材料である請求項1記載の方法。 10.連続線状基材が、重合体フィルム、綱、ワイヤ、ロープ、よりひも、可撓 性チューブ、スクリーン、または織地である請求項9記載の方法。 11.基材が、粒子材料である請求項1記載の方法。 12.粒子材料が、硬質金属材料である請求項11記載の方法。 13.基材が、重合体フィルム、重合体ビーズ、コーンスターチ、エポキシ粉末 、および織地から成るグループから選択された軟質材料である請求項1記載の方 法。 14.基材が、固体ガラスビーズ、屋根用グラニュール、および研磨粒子から成 るグループから選択された硬質の破壊可能な材料である請求項1記載の方法。 15.研磨粒子が、加熱処理された、または融解された酸化アルミニウム、炭化 珪素、アルミナ、ジルコニア、シリカ、炭化ホウ素、ガーネット、およびそれら の組み合わせである請求項13記載の方法。 16.基材が、中空ガラス球、アルミニウム薄片、雲母薄片、発泡材料から選択 された脆性材料である請求項1記載の方法。 17.コーティング材料が酸化鉄であり、基材がポリエステルフィルムである請 求項1記載の方法。 18.コーティング材料がシリカ、またはチタニアであり、前記基材が炭化珪素 、または酸化アルミニウムである請求項3記載の方法。 19.コーティング材料が、エポキシ化合物である請求項3記載の方法。 20.コーティング材料が、藻である請求項3記載の方法。 21.コーティング材料が、金、銀、およびプラチナから成るグループから選択 された貴金属である請求項3記載の方法。 22.コーティング材料が、磁気材料である請求項3記載の方法。 23.コーティング材料が、100μm未満の平均粒径を有する請求項1記載の 方法。 24.帯磁性コーティング材料が、磁気粉末である請求項2記載の方法。 25.磁気粉末が、約200エルステッドから5,000エルステッドまでの範 囲の保磁力を有する請求項22記載の方法。 26.磁気粉末が、ガンマ酸化鉄、コバルト添加ガンマ酸化鉄、硬質バリウムフ ェライト、AlNiCo、希土類金属、またはセラミックである請求項22記載 の方法。 27.磁気粉末が、約0.05μmから5μmまでの範囲の粒度を有する請求項 22記載の方法。 28.コーティング材料の粒度が、0.005μmから500μmまでの範囲内 にある請求項1記載の方法。 29.基材の粒度が、0.005μmから500μmまでの範囲内にある請求項 9記載の方法。 30.基材とコーティング材料との重量比は、約500:1から1:20の範囲 にある請求項1記載の方法。 31.磁気要素が、重合体母材内の磁気粉末を備える請求項3記載の方法。 32.磁気要素が、約0.005μmから1cmまでの範囲の粒度を有する粒子 材料を備える請求項3記載の方法。 33.磁気要素が、少なくとも2つの特有な粒度範囲を有する請求項30記載の 方法。
