Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.セメント系材料; ケイ酸質材料;および 脱ヒドロキシル化粘土鉱物 からなり、オートクレーブ養生されたセメント系生成物の製造用乾燥調合物。 2.ケイ酸質材料が乾燥調合物の合計重量基準で10〜80重量%存在する請求 の範囲第1項記載の調合物。 3.ケイ酸質材料が粉砕された砂または石英微粉末である請求の範囲第1項また は第2項記載の調合物。 4.ケイ酸質材料が1〜50μmの平均粒子径を有する請求の範囲第1項〜第3 項のいずれかに記載の調合物。 5.セメント系材料が乾燥調合物の合計重量基準で10〜80重量%存在する請 求の範囲第1項〜第4項のいずれかに記載の調合物。 6.セメント系材料がセメントおよび/または石灰および/または石灰含有材料 である請求の範囲第1項〜第5項のいずれかに記載の調合物。 7.セメント系材料が1〜50μmの平均粒子径を有する請求の範囲第1項〜第 6項のいずれかに記載の調合物。 8.脱ヒドロキシル化粘土鉱物が脱ヒドロキシル化カオリン、脱ヒドロキシル化 ベントナイト、脱ヒドロキシル化モンモリロナイト、脱ヒドロキシル化白雲母ま たは脱ヒドロキシル化金雲母である請求の範囲第1項〜第7項のいずれかに記載 の調合物。 9.脱ヒドロキシル化粘土鉱物が脱ヒドロキシル化カオ リンである請求の範囲第8項記載の調合物。 10.脱ヒドロキシル化粘土鉱物が乾燥調合物の合計重量基準で0.25〜30重 量%存在する請求の範囲第1項〜第9項のいずれかに記載の調合物。 11.脱ヒドロキシル化粘土鉱物が1〜50μmの平均粒子径を有する請求の範囲 第1項〜第10項のいずれかに記載の調合物。 12.繊維状材料をさらに含有する請求の範囲第1項〜第11項のいずれかに記載 の調合物。 13.繊維状材料がセルロース、アスベスト、ミネラルウール、スチールファイバ ー、合成ポリマー、ガラス、セラミックまたはカーボンから選ばれるものである 請求の範囲第12項記載の調合物。 14.繊維状材料が0〜800CSFのろ水度を有するセルロースである請求の範 囲第13項記載の調合物。 15.乾燥調合物の合計重量基準で25重量%までの量の繊維状材料が存在する請 求の範囲第12項〜第14項のいずれかに記載の調合物。 16.無機酸化物、無機水酸化物、無機粘土、金属酸化物、金属水酸化物、難燃剤 、増粘剤、シリカヒューム、アモルファスシリカ、着色剤、顔料、防水剤、減水 剤、硬化調節剤、硬化剤、ろ過助剤、可塑剤、分散剤、発泡剤、凝集剤、防水剤 、密度調節剤またはほかの加工助剤から選ばれたそのほかの添加剤のうちの少な くとも1種をさらに含有する請求の範囲第1項〜第15項のいずれかに記載の調 合物。 17.セメント系材料; ケイ酸質材料; 脱ヒドロキシル化粘土鉱物; 水;および 適宜そのほかの添加剤からなり、オートクレーブ養生されたセメント系生成物 の製造用水性調合物。 18.オートクレーブ養生されたセメント系生成物を形成する方法であり、 セメント系材料、ケイ酸質材料、脱ヒドロキシル化粘土鉱物および適宜そのほ かの添加剤を水に添加してスラリーを生成し; スラリーを脱水して未養生成形品を成形し; 適宜成形品をプレスし;そして オートクレーブ中で成形品を養生させる方法。 19.該生成物がさらに繊維状材料を含有する請求の範囲第18項記載の方法。 20.該未養生成形品が成形後プレスを用いるかまたは用いずにハシェックシート 法、マッツァーパイプ法、マグナーニシート法、射出成形、押出し、手動レイア ップ、モールディング、キャスティング、フィルタープレス、フローオンマシー ンまたはロール成形のうちの少なくとも一つの方法によってスラリーから形成さ れたものである請求の範囲第18項または第19項記載方法。 21.該未養生成形品を養生前に予備養生する請求の範囲第18項〜第20項のい ずれかに記載の方法。 22.該成形品を蒸気加圧された容器内において120〜200℃で3〜30時間 オートクレービングによって養生させる請求の範囲第18項〜第21項のいずれ かに記載の方法。 23.脱ヒドロキシル化粘土鉱物、セメント系材料、ケイ酸質材料および適宜その ほかの添加剤をオートクレーブ養生させてえられた反応生成物からなるセメント 系生成物。 24.繊維状材料、脱ヒドロキシル化粘土鉱物、セメント系材料、ケイ酸質材料お よび適宜そのほかの添加剤をオートクレーブ養生させてえられた反応生成物から なるセメント系生成物。
