Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも1つの蓄電池素子により構成された第1の蓄電池組立体と、少 なくとも1つの蓄電池素子により構成された第2の蓄電池組立体とを備え、バッ クアップ状態と作動状態との間で間欠的に動作する機器に用いられる蓄電池装置 であって、 前記組立体を、少なくとも1つのスイッチ素子を備える前記機器に接続する接 続回路と、 前記作動状態の間、前記第2の組立体を前記機器に接続させる前記スイッチ素 子の制御回路とを更に備えることを特徴とする蓄電池装置。 2. 前記制御回路は、休止状態の間、前記第2の組立体に接続することを特徴 とする請求項1記載の蓄電池装置。 3. 前記制御回路は、前記作動状態の間、前記装置の前記第1の蓄電池組立体 を隔離させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の蓄電池装置。 4. 前記第1の蓄電池組立体はリチウム型であることを特徴とする請求項1乃 至3のうち何れか1項記載の蓄電池装置。 5. 前記第2の蓄電池組立体は鉛型であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の うち何れか1項記載の蓄電池装置。 6. 前記蓄電池の少なくとも1つはコンデンサにより構成されたことを特徴と する請求項1乃至5のうち何れか1項記載の蓄電池装置。 7. 請求項1乃至5のうち何れか1項記載の蓄電池装置を備える端末。
