Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.スペクトラム拡散直交CDMA伝送方式を用いて、複数の加入者ハンドセッ ト端末がトラヒック周波数チャンネルで地上ハブ局と通信する衛星ネットワーク 通信システムにおいて、前記ハブ局が、前記加入者ハンドセット端末に(タイミ ング、周波数および電力)同期補正信号を伝えるネット・エントリ制御チャンネ ルを生成する制御発生器と、戻りリンク受信手段とを含み、各加入者ハンドセッ ト端末が、前記制御チャンネル同期補正信号を受信する加入者装置制御チャンネ ル受信手段と、全ての加入者ハンドセット端末からの信号が時間および周波数の 同期状態で前記ハブ局に到達するように、前記同期補正信号を受信するため接続 された加入者装置戻りリンク送信機とを有し、前記加入者装置戻りリンク送信機 が、信号が同時に同じ周波数ビンを占有しないように周波数ホップ・スペクトラ ム拡散搬送波を含む衛星ネットワーク通信システム。 2.前記ネット・エントリ制御チャンネルが、小さな時間・周波数補正信号を前 記複数の加入者ハンドセット端末の各々に伝送する請求項1記載の衛星ネットワ ーク通信システム。 3.各受信手段がブロック周波数および位相推定手段により制御されるデータ復 調器を含む請求項1記載の衛星ネットワーク通信システム。 4.前記戻りリンク受信手段が並列デコーダのアレイを含む請求項1記載の衛星 ネットワーク通信システム。 5.2つの衛星から同時に同じユーザ信号を受信した時に性能を強化するために 、前記周波数ホッピングが比較的低い速度である請求項1記載の衛星ネットワー ク通信システム。 6.前記地上ハブ局における前記制御チャンネルが、前記トラヒック・チャンネ ルにおいて加入者−地上ハブ局間通信を確立するのに必要な時間および周波数の 補正を加入者ハンドセット端末に対して提供する手段を含む請求項1記載の衛星 ネットワーク通信システム。 7.前記ネット・エントリ制御チャンネルにおけるホップ速度が前記トラヒック 周波数チャンネルにおけるホップ速度より低い請求項5記載の衛星ネットワーク 通信システム。 8.ハブ局と加入者ハンドセット端末の各々が直交QPSKを用いて搬送波上に 前記信号を変調する手段を含む請求項1ないし7のいずれか一つに記載の衛星ネ ットワーク通信システム。
