Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.誘導体と、該誘導体に対して少くとも1の針を移動させるための該誘導体 上の手段と、を含む改良型縫合装置であって、その改良が、前記誘導体の少くと も遠位部分を覆うように配された回転可能なスリーブを含むことであることを特 徴とする縫合装置。 2.前記回転可能なスリーブが、30mm〜200mmの範囲の長さと、3mm〜15mmの 範囲の直径と、を有する硬質円柱体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改 良型縫合装置。 3.前記誘導体から遠位方向に伸長したフレキシブルチューブを更に含む請求 項1に記載の改良型縫合装置であって、前記フレキシブルチューブが、近端、遠 端、及び該遠端から近位方向に伸長しそして前記近端と遠端との間の出口で終わ るガイドワイヤールーメンを含むことを特徴とする縫合装置。 4.前記フレキシブルチューブが、約20cm〜40cmの範囲の長さを有し、そして その側面口が前記近端から約5cm〜20cmに位置することを特徴とする請求項3に 記載の改良型縫合装置。 5.前記フレキシブルチューブが、約2mm〜10mmの範囲の外側の径を有するこ とを特徴とする請求項4に記載の改良型縫合装置。 6.前記フレキシブルチューブが、前記近端から遠位方向に伸長した中央ルー メンであって針を収容するような大きさである中央ルーメンを更に含むことを特 徴とする請求項3に記載の改良型縫合装置。 7.前記スリーブの回転を選択的に防止するための手段を更に含むことを特徴 とする請求項1に記載の改良型縫合装置。 8.前記防止手段が、前記スリーブ内の溝とかみあうための少くとも1の移動 止めを有する前記誘導体に結合されたハンドルを含む ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の改良型縫合装置。 9.前記誘導体を通過する少くとも1の血液検出ルーメンを更に含むことを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の改良型縫合装置。 10.前記誘導体を通過する縫合糸ルーメンであって縫合糸の長軸を収容する縫 合糸ルーメンを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の改良型縫合装置。 11.誘導体と、該誘導体に対して少くとも1の針を移動させるための該誘導体 上の手段と、を含む改良型縫合装置であって、その改良が、前記誘導体に接続さ れた近端、遠端、及び該近端と遠端との間のガイドワイヤー出口を有するフレキ シブルチューブを含むことであることを特徴とする改良型縫合装置。 12.前記フレキシブルチューブが、約20cm〜40cmの範囲の長さを有し、そして 前記出口が前記近端から約5cm〜20cmに位置することを特徴とする請求項11に記 載の改良型縫合装置。 13.前記フレキシブルチューブが、約2mm〜10mmの範囲の外側の径を有するこ とを特徴とする請求項12に記載の改良型縫合装置。 14.前記フレキシブルチューブが、前記出口を通して、近位方向に進んだガイ ドワイヤーを誘導するための手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の改良 型縫合装置。 15.前記誘導体の周りに回転可能に配されたスリーブを更に含むことを特徴と する請求項11に記載の改良型縫合装置。 16.前記回転可能なスリーブが、30mm〜200mmの範囲の長さと、3mm〜15mmの 範囲の直径と、を有する硬質円柱体であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の改 良型縫合装置。 17.前記スリーブの回転を選択的に防止するための手段を更に含むことを特徴 とする請求項15に記載の改良型縫合装置。 18.前記防止手段が、前記スリーブ内の溝とかみあうための少く とも1の移動止めを有する前記誘導体に結合されたハンドルを含むことを特徴と する請求項17に記載の改良型縫合装置。 19.前記誘導体を通過する少くとも1の血液検出ルーメンを更に含むことを特 徴とする請求項11に記載の改良型縫合装置。 20.前記誘導体を通過する縫合糸ルーメンであって縫合糸の長軸を収容する縫 合糸ルーメンを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の改良型縫合装置。 21.近端、遠端、及び内部ルーメンを有する誘導体と、 該誘導体の遠端に結合した近端及び少くとも2の針ガイドチャンネルを有する 遠端を有する針ガイドと、 一対の針と、 2つの端を有する所定長の縫合糸であって、その各々の端が前記針の一方に結 合し、そして縫合糸の残りの長軸の少くとも1部分が、前記誘導体の内部ルーメ ンを通過している縫合糸と、 前記誘導体内に往復運動可能に備えられ、そして前記針ガイドチャンネル内で 前記針を往復運動させるように前記針を有するシャフトと、 を含む縫合装置。 22.前記誘導体内に一対の受容チャンネルを更に含む請求項21に記載の縫合装 置であって、前記シャフトの往復運動が、前記針を前記受容チャンネルに引き、 そして前記内部ルーメンが縫合糸の長軸を引くことを特徴とする縫合装置。 23.前記誘導体が血液検出ルーメンを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記 載の縫合装置。 24.前記血液検出ルーメンが、前記内部ルーメンから分かれることを特徴とす る請求項23に記載の縫合装置。 25.前記誘導体の周りに回転可能に備えられたスリーブを更に含 むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の縫合装置。 26.前記スリーブが、30mm〜200mmの範囲の長さと、3mm〜15mmの範囲の直径 と、を有する硬質円柱体であることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の縫合装置。 27.前記スリーブの回転を選択的に防止するための手段を更に含むことを特徴 とする請求項25に記載の縫合装置。 28.前記防止手段が、前記スリーブ内の溝とかみあうための少くとも1の移動 止めを有する前記誘導体に結合されたハンドルを含むことを特徴とする請求項27 に記載の縫合装置。 29.前記針ガイドに接続された近端、遠端、及び該近端と遠端との間のガイド ワイヤー出口を有するフレキシブルチューブを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項 21に記載の縫合装置。 30.前記フレキシブルチューブが、約20cm〜40cmの範囲の長さを有し、そして 前記出口が前記近端から約5cm〜20cmに位置することを特徴とする請求項29に記 載の縫合装置。 31.前記フレキシブルチューブが、約2mm〜10mmの範囲の外側の径を有するこ とを特徴とする請求項30に記載の縫合装置。 32.前記フレキシブルチューブが、前記出口を通して、近位方向に進んだガイ ドワイヤーを誘導するための手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項29に記載の縫合 装置。 33.相対的な軸方向の動きを防止するために、前記シャフトを前記誘導体に着 脱可能に固定するための手段を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の縫合 装置。 34.皮下組織路の遠端にある血管壁内の穿刺部位を縫合するための方法であっ て、 誘導体、該誘導体の周りに回転可能に備えられたスリーブ、及び遠位方向に伸 びたフレキシブルチューブを有する縫合装置を、前記 誘導体が前記組織路内にあり、そして前記フレキシブルチューブが血管ルーメン 内にあるように、前記穿刺部位に導入するステップと、 前記スリーブを、前記組織路内にある間、誘導体の周りで回転させるステップ と、 縫合糸の長軸を有する針を、前記穿刺に隣接した血管壁を通して前記チューブ から、そして前記組織路を通して外側に、引くステップと、 前記穿刺を閉じるために、前記縫合糸中のループを固定するステップと、 を含む方法。 35.その間に縫合糸の長軸を有する一対の針が、前記血管壁を通して同時に引 かれて前記ループを形成することを特徴とする請求項34に記載の方法。 36.前記針の対の間に伸びた縫合糸の長軸の少くとも一部が、前記導入ステッ プの間、前記誘導体を通過して、被検体の外側に伸び、ここで縫合糸の長軸が、 前記引くステップの間に誘導体を通して引き戻されることを特徴とする請求項35 に記載の方法。 37.前記回転させるステップの後に、前記スリーブを前記誘導体に対して固定 することを更に含む請求項34に記載の方法。 38.前記導入ステップが、前記フレキシブルチューブをガイドワイヤー上に挿 入し、そして該ガイドワイヤーが前記フレキシブルチューブ内の出口を出るまで 、前記ガイドワイヤー上でチューブを進めることを更に含むことを特徴とする請 求項34に記載の方法。 39.前記誘導体を前記組織路内に導入する前に、前記穿刺部位から前記ガイド ワイヤーを引っこめることを更に含む請求項38に記載の方法。 40.前記フレキシブルチューブと前記誘導体の遠端との間に側面口を有する前 記誘導体内のマーカールーメン内の血液を観察することにより、前記縫合装置を 配置することを更に含む請求項34に記載の方法。 41.前記ループを固定する前に、前記穿刺部位から前記縫合装置を引っこめる ことを更に含む請求項34に記載の方法。 42.前記導入ステップの間、前記針の展開を防止することを更に含む請求項34 に記載の方法。
