Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 送電線によって送信するために、第1の場所において通信信号を発生する 発生手段と、 前記送電線へ前記通信信号をリアクタンスにより結合する結合手段と、 第2の場所において、前記通信信号を受信する受信手段とを具備することを特 徴とする非侵襲性の送電線通信システム。 2. 前記発生手段が、第1の通信装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の 非侵襲性送電線通信システム。 3. 前記リアクタンスによる結合手段が、前記通信信号を前記送電線へ誘導性 により結合する結合手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の非侵襲性送電線 通信システム。 4. 前記誘導性による結合手段が、前記送電線周りに配置された通信コア部材 と、前記通信信号を前記送電線に結合するために前記通信コア部材の周りに配置 された複数の巻線とを含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の非侵襲性送電線通信 システム。 5. 前記リアクタンスによる結合手段が、容量性により前記通信信号を前記送 電線に結合する結合手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の非侵襲性送電線 通信システム。 6. 前記容量性による結合手段が、前記通信信号を前記送電線に容量性により 結合するために、前記送電線の近傍に間隔を開けて配置された内部および外部プ レートと、該プレート間に配置された誘電体とを有するキャパシタを含むことを 特徴とする請求項5記載の非侵襲性送電線通信システム。 7. 前記誘電体が空気であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の通信システム。 8. 前記間隔を開けた内部および外部プレートが前記交流送電線の周りに同軸 に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の通信システム。 9. ノイズを低減するために前記内部同軸プレートに電気的に接続されたn個 の追加のプレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6記載の通信システム。 10. 前記n個の追加のプレートが、各々、前記外部プレートの表面積の約1 /nの表面積を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載の通信システム。 11. 前記リアクタンスによる結合手段が、インダクタを含むことを特徴とす る請求項1記載の通信システム。 12. 前記受信手段が、前記送電線上の前記通信信号を前記第2の場所におい てリアクタンスにより結合する結合手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の 非侵襲性送電線通信システム。 13. 前記リアクタンスによる結合手段が、前記送電線上の前記通信信号を容 量性により結合する結合手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項12記載の非侵襲性 送電線通信システム。 14. 前記容量性による結合手段が、前記通信信号を容量性により前記送電線 に結合するために、前記送電線の近傍に間隔を開けて配置された内部および外部 プレートと、該プレート間に配置された誘電体とを有するキャパシタを含むこと を特徴とする請求項13記載の非侵襲性送電線通信システム。 15. 前記誘電体が空気であることを特徴とする請求項14記載の通信システ ム。 16. 前記間隔を開けた内部および外部プレートが前記交流送電線の周りに同 軸的に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項14記載の通信システム。 17. ノイズを低減するために前記内部同軸プレートに電気的に接続されたn 個の追加のプレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14記載の通信システ ム。 18. 前記n個の追加のプレートが、各々、前記外部プレートの表面積の約1 /nの表面積を有することを特徴とする請求項17記載の通信システム。 19. 前記リアクタンスによる結合手段が、前記送電線への信号および前記送 電線からの信号を誘電性により結合する結合手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項 12記載の通信システム。 20. 前記誘導性による結合手段が、前記送電線周りに配置された通信コア部 材と、前記送電線へ、および送電線からの前記通信信号を結合するために前記通 信コア部材の周りに配置された複数の巻線とを含むことを特徴とする請求項19 記載の非侵襲性送電線通信システム。 21. 前記第2の場所から送信された前記通信信号を前記送電線から引き出す 引出手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の非侵襲性送電線通信シス テム。 22. 前記引出手段が、前記第2の場所から送信された前記通信信号を前記送 電線からリアクタンスにより結合する結合手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項2 1記載の非侵襲性送電線通信システム。 23. 前記第2の場所から送信された通信信号を前記送電線から前記リアクタ ンスにより結合する結合手段が、前記第2の場所から送信された前記信号を前記 送電線から誘導性により結合する結合手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項22記 載の非侵襲性送電線通信システム。 24. 前記誘導性による結合手段が、前記送電線の周りに配置される通信コア 部材と、該通信コア部材の周りに配置される複数の巻線とを含むことを特徴とす る請求項23記載の非侵襲性送電線通信システム。 25. 前記リアクタンスによる結合手段が、前記第2の場所から送信された前 記通信信号を前記送電線から容量性により結合する結合手段を含むことを特徴と する請求項22記載の非侵襲性送電線通信システム。 26. 前記容量性による結合手段が、前記送電線の近傍に間隔をあけて配置さ れた内部および外部プレートと、該プレート間に配置された誘電体とを有するキ ャパシタを含むことを特徴とする請求項25記載の非侵襲性送電線通信システム 。 27. 前記誘電体が空気であることを特徴とする請求項26記載の通信システ ム。 28. 前記間隔をあけた内部および外部プレートが前記交流送電線の周りに同 軸に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項26記載の通信システム。 29. ノイズを低減するために、前記内部同軸プレートに電気的に接続された n個の追加のプレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項26記載の通信シス テム。 30. 前記n個の追加のプレートが、各々、前記外部プレートの表面積の約1 /nの表面積を有することを特徴とする請求項29記載の通信システム。 31. 前記通信信号を符号化する符号化手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請 求項1記載の非侵襲性送電線通信システム。 32. 前記誘導性による結合手段が、前記通信信号の低電圧高電流のパルスを 前記送電線に誘導性により結合するために前記複数の巻線に供給するドライバ手 段をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項4記載の非侵襲性送電線通信システ ム。 33. 前記第1の位置の近傍に記憶装置をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項 1記載の非侵襲性送電線通信システム。 34. 前記記憶手段に前記通信信号を送信する送信手段をさらに含むことを特 徴とする請求項33記載の非侵襲性送電線通信システム。 35. 送電線により送信する通信信号を発生する発生手段と、 前記通信信号を前記送電線にリアクタンスにより結合する結合手段とを具備す ることを特徴とする非侵襲性送電線通信送信器。 36. 送電線を通して送信された通信信号を受信する受信手段と、 前記通信信号を前記送電線から前記受信器へリアクタンスにより結合する結合 手段とを具備することを特徴とする送電線を通して送信された通信信号を受信す る非侵襲性送電線通信受信器。 37. 送電線の状態を感知するセンサと、 該センサから遠隔に配される基地局と、 前記遠隔の基地局への送信のために、前記センサから前記送電線上に信号をリ アクタンスにより結合する結合手段と、 前記送電線により送信された前記信号を前記送電線から前記遠隔の基地局へリ アクタンスにより結合する結合手段と、 前記基地局により発生された信号を前記送電線へリアクタンスにより結合する 結合手段と、 前記基地局から前記センサへの送電線に前記信号をリアクタンスにより結合す る結合手段とを具備することを特徴とする非侵襲性送電線通信システム。
