Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電解質水溶液から鉄化合物およびクロム化合物を除去するに当り、 a)前記電解質水溶液に過酸化水素を添加し、所要に応じて、前記電解質水 溶液のpH値が≧7になるように、前記電解質水溶液の酸性度を調整する工程; b)生成した水酸化鉄を分離する工程; c)この電解質水溶液のpH値が<4になるように、該電解質水溶液の酸性 度を調整する工程; d)この電解質水溶液のpH値が≧7になるように、該電解質水溶液の酸性 度を調整する工程; e)生成した水酸化クロムを分離する工程; を順次行う、ことを特徴とする電解質水溶液から鉄化合物およびクロム化合物 を除去する方法。 2.前記工程c)における前記電解質水溶液の酸性度を、前記電解質水溶液がp H<2になるように調整する、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記電解質として硝酸ナトリウムを使用し、前記工程a)およびd)におけ る酸性度の調整を水酸化ナトリウムによって行い、前記工程c)における酸性度 の調整を硝酸によって行う、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.前記電解質水溶液における前記電解質の濃度を電気透析によって一定に維持 する、ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。 5.クロム鋼物体の電気化学的機械加工に使用した電解質溶液の再処理における 、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つの項に記載の方法の使用。
